In this event leading developers, agents and industry experts discuss the latest trends and critical issues in the logistics real estate market in China. 

Cities like Chengdu and Wuhan are starting to experience serious oversupply of warehouses and the situation might get worse in 2016 year as new stock comes to these areas. While some developers and agents are optimistic about the outcome, some analysts predict that the situation might get worse in other Tier 2 & 3 cities in China.

Stuart Ross has over 20 years of industrial real estate experience, including 5 in China. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle as Regional Director, he was a Director at CBRE. Stuart holds a Bachelors degree in Business from the University of Western Sydney.

Aman Sapra, Director for Global Supply Chain & Inventory Strategy, St. Onge Company

TOPIC: THE LOGISTICS PERSPECTIVES OF REAL ESTATE INDUSTRIAL DECISION

At St. Onge Aman Sapra specializes in inventory management, route optimization and emerging markets logistics strategy development. Before joining St. Onge he was a Systems Engineer for Tata Consultancy Services. Aman has a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Purdue and a BE from Punjab Engineering College.

Tammy Tang is responsible for the China Industrial team at Colliers International with specialists in various offices in China covering logistics warehouses, manufacturing factories, business parks, R&D centers, data centers and land. She was previously Senior Vice President at GDS Services & Infrastructure,  and Head of Industrial, Shanghai, at Jones Lang LaSalle. Tammy earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong.
